🔴 Arsenal Transfer News: Kepa Deal Close, Rodrygo Linked, Madueke Price & Bayern Target Martinelli

Kepa Arrizabalaga Set to Complete Arsenal Switch

Kepa Arrizabalaga is expected to arrive in London this week to finalise a £5 million move from Chelsea to Arsenal, according to reports from Sky Sports. The Spanish goalkeeper, who spent last season on loan at Bournemouth, signed a new short-term deal with Chelsea last summer to facilitate a temporary exit, which included a surprisingly low release clause.

Mikel Arteta sees Kepa as a strong rotational option between the posts, with the Gunners keen to bolster their goalkeeping department ahead of a busy 2025/26 campaign.

🔄 Arsenal Revive Interest in Rodrygo as Real Madrid Set €90m Asking Price

Speculation over Rodrygo’s future at Real Madrid has intensified following his omission from the starting XI in the Club World Cup final against Pachuca. According to Cadena Ser, the Spanish giants are open to letting the Brazilian winger leave this summer as they look to reshape their midfield under new head coach Xabi Alonso.

Arsenal have emerged as serious contenders, with the Gunners looking to strengthen their attacking third. Madrid are reportedly demanding €90 million (£76m/$104m) for the 24-year-old, who had previously taken a pay cut to remain at the Bernabeu. The winger could be open to a move after falling behind Brahim Díaz and Gonzalo Garcia in Alonso's pecking order.

Meanwhile, Manchester City are also said to be monitoring the situation closely, having shown interest last summer. With Premier League competition heating up, Arsenal may need to act quickly if they want to bring Rodrygo to the Emirates.

🔵 Arsenal Told to Pay £50m for Chelsea Star Noni Madueke

Arsenal’s search for a dynamic wide forward has led them to Chelsea’s Noni Madueke, but the Gunners have reportedly been informed that it will take £50 million ($67m) to secure the 23-year-old’s signature. That’s according to The Independent, who claim the Blues are open to selling as they prepare for a potential squad reshuffle.

Madueke registered seven goals and four assists in 32 Premier League appearances last season and is contracted at Stamford Bridge until 2030. With Jamie Bynoe-Gittens linked with a move to Chelsea, Madueke could be one of several players moved on to make space.

This interest comes amid Arsenal’s stalling pursuit of RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko, whose price and competition have made negotiations more complex.

Bayern Munich Interested in Arsenal’s Gabriel Martinelli

Gabriel Martinelli could be the subject of a surprise summer move, with Bayern Munich reportedly adding the Brazilian to their shortlist of attacking targets. According to Bild journalist Christian Falk, Bayern are actively exploring options to bolster their forward line and have identified Martinelli as a viable candidate after missing out on Florian Wirtz, who is expected to join Liverpool.

Although Martinelli has repeatedly expressed his love for Arsenal — stating “This is my home” earlier this year — The Times suggests the Gunners could consider a significant offer as they look to rebalance their wage structure.

The 23-year-old forward has made 225 appearances, scoring 51 goals and providing 29 assists since joining from Ituano in 2019 for just £5m. He remains under contract until 2027, with an option for Arsenal to extend by a further year. Any deal would likely require a bid in excess of £50 million.

More Arsenal Transfer Links: Barcola on Radar

Arsenal are also exploring a potential move for Paris Saint-Germain forward Bradley Barcola, according to L'Équipe. The 22-year-old French international is attracting interest from several top European clubs, including Bayern Munich and Liverpool, making it a competitive race for his signature.

Barcola’s versatility and pace have made him one of the standout young talents in Ligue 1, and his profile fits Arteta’s desire to add youth and dynamism to Arsenal’s front line.

⚠️ Transfer Watch Across the League

Elsewhere in the Premier League:

Tottenham are shifting focus to Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze, with TalkSport reporting that Manchester United’s improved £60m+ bid for Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo may have priced Spurs out of the race.

Ibrahima Konaté has reportedly rejected a new contract from Liverpool, potentially opening the door for rival bids.
